Luke was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer in March 2012 responsible for supporting the financial and operational aspects of the business through expertise in financial strategy, business leadership, revenue and profit growth. Luke completed articles at Charteris & Barnes and in 2003 thereafter joining Comm Express Services (A subsidiary of a JSE Listed Company), later becoming its Group Financial Operations Executive gaining extensive experience in the telecoms environment in both South Africa and abroad.

Gary joined The Starter Pack Company in 2016 after spending 10 years with a JSE listed Telco in various managerial and executive positions. He has extensive sales and operational experience in both FMCG and Telecoms and is responsible for directing business and sales growth, turnaround, delivery, team performance and achievement of targets through efficiencies and excellence.



Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Dunn, has over 25 years experience in all areas of business development and Private Equity, from establishing and scaling companies to structuring and managing business investments.

Andrew holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from UCT , and his career has featured highlights such as founding Miltrans, a Logistics and Supply Chain business which was later sold to Super Group, the successful MBO of Premier Foods which was sold to Brait, the Manline Group which was merged into Barloworld Logisitcs and several other Private Equity interests spanning Property, Aviation (National Airways Corporation), Dealerships (Melrose Motor Investments) and Security (SSG Holdings), and was the CEO of the Richmark Group from 2012-2018.

Andrew cofounded DNI in 2006 where he currently serves as the CEO


Chief Operations Officer

With a Bachelor of Commerce Degree Dave began his career at Super Group as an accountant. Climbing the ranks at Super Group and holding a variety of high-level positions, Dave  left the Group as Divisional Commercial Manager of the Supply Chain Division and joined Andrew to start the DNI Group in 2007.
Dave managed Blue Label Telecoms and DNI  to manage the Procurement division of which Dave managed on behalf of the DNI Group.

Dave has since then held many high-level positions within the DNI Group, most notably that of Group CFO and COO for the DNI Retail and ITC Companies. DNI Retail is Cell C’s largest distributor of starter packs and has won Best Dealer of the Year for 3 years in a row. Dave now currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Group.

Dave has been dubbed by the staff as “Hulk” and shows the same kind of traits as the superhero character. He is loyal, passionate, reliable with a high level of integrity that shows in his daily life. He shows the same kind of qualities to his wife and 3 beautiful daughters, whom he absolutely adores. If this wasn’t enough, Dave is also an avid mountain biker and fitness freak. With this kind of dedication to his family, career and health, we sometimes wonder when he finds time to sleep!




Since 2016 Andy has provided extensive senior management, financial discipline and experience to M4Jam. Prior to that Andy was the CEO of Wilderness Safaris from 2007 to 2013, and listed the business on the Botswana Stock Exchange as well as the JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange) in 2010. Andy is also the current Chairman of Inzalo (Thornybush Collection of Game Lodges) and worked as the lead director in the North Island project in the Seychelles.


Chief Executive Officer

Georgie has been steering the M4Jam vessel as CEO since 2016. Her primary focus is on growing businesses through people, engaged leadership and an aligned strategy. From 2005 to 2015, Georgie gained extensive experience in management, strategy and leadership within Standard Bank, MTN and the Richmark Group.


Chief Financial Officer

A Chartered Accountant and member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). After completing articles he gained banking experience at Rand Merchant Bank, as well as 10 years telco experience, Dominic joined the DNI Group in 2014, handled various transactions, selling numerous businesses’ and ultimately added to the growth of M4Jam.
