Graeme Bryson has over 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. His career began at Vodacom (Pty) Ltd where he contributed significantly to their success. Graeme then moved to informal distribution channels within other companies where he identified a market need for specialist multi-network pre-paid sim distribution supplier.

The Starter Pack Company was then born and as founder and Managing director shaped the company into a market leader.  Growing the business revenue and reach by offering pre-paid sim cards on behalf of all South African Cellular networks while at the same time creating opportunities for all South Africans by empowering them to become.

Luke was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer in March 2012 responsible for supporting the financial and operational aspects of the business through expertise in financial strategy, business leadership, revenue and profit growth. Luke completed articles at Charteris & Barnes and in 2003 thereafter joining Comm Express Services (A subsidiary of a JSE Listed Company), later becoming its Group Financial Operations Executive gaining extensive experience in the telecoms environment in both South Africa and abroad.

Managing Director

Werner was appointed as Managing Director of Mobile Mart in 2018.  His primary focus is to strategically lead and align the daily operations of the business to achieve its goals.  Werner completed his National Diploma in Marketing at the Technikon Witwatersrand in 1998.  In addition, he completed his Baccalaureus Technologia at the Technikon SA (UNISA) in 2000.

Haim has over 20 years’ experience across multiple industries, Haim is both a seasoned Entrepreneur and experienced Corporate Executive.


After completing his Hons Degrees in Finance, Haim joined Procter & Gamble SA, where he spent 7 years across multiple finance functions. When he left to pursue his own interests in 2006, he was P&G’s Groups Finance Manager for Sub Saharan Africa. Haim then spent the next 8 years building successful businesses in the energy and manufacturing sectors.


In 2015 Haim joined Super Group, where he spent 4 years, first, as the Chief Operating Officer and then as Chief Executive Officer of SG Convenience, South Africa’s largest distributor of FMCG goods into the Fuel, Independent and Informal sectors.


Haim joined 3G Mobile in February 2019 and leads an incredible management team who are results driven and focused on delivering shareholder value.

Gary Swil 3G Mobile

Gary is a chartered accountant CA(SA) who completed his articles at Grant Thornton.

Prior to 3G Mobile, Gary has had 10 years of experience across various industries including retail, distribution and corporate finance.

His most recent position prior to joining 3G Mobile was financial executive at Cambridge Food, a subsidiary of Massmart, where he established and led the finance team and function for 5 years.

He has held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at 3G Mobile since 2017

Ryan Goldberg


Chief Operating Officer

Ryan was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of 3G Mobile in 2017.

He oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions and specialises in the design and execution of business strategies, and the integration and collaboration of systems and processes.

He has a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree (BCOMPT) and has over 25 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics.

John Da Camara 3G Mobile


Chief Sales Officer

John is a multi-skilled and results driven Management Professional. John has been with 3G Mobile for the last 13 Years.

Since joining the 3G team, John has built strategic partnerships across the various markets 3G Mobile operates in.

With his vast experience in mobile handset distribution and sales, he is a key contributor to 3G mobiles strategic planning and sales execution. John oversees and manages a dynamic Sales team whose core focus is delivering tangible solutions to 3G’s customers whilst driving shareholder value for the 3G Group.

John possesses strong ability to build strategic partnerships and is a leader in organizational transformation. He equally maintains a proven career track record of growing the company’s profitability and results across the markets we operate in.

Garth Mackintosh DigiCo


Group Chief Executive Officer

Garth is the Group CEO for Digital Ecosystems. He completed his BCom at UCT (University of Cape Town), specialising in IT and finance.

He subsequently completed his Honours in Information Systems and then furthered his studies with an MBA (both at UCT).

Garth was the founder of ViaMedia and built it into the largest WASP business in South Africa in its’ day. He subsequently envisioned and formed the BLM Group, which is an IT company operating predominantly in the telecoms space. The group has more than 11 subsiduaries and provides services across integrated communication services, carrier-grade mobile network operator platforms, VAS services and fintech products. This is the largest group operating in the sectors it does in South Africa.

Previously Garth spent several years at global advisory group Accenture as a senior management consultant on various strategic projects, predominantly in market entry strategy, including for key clients such as Kodak, Woolworths, Standard Bank (the largest bank in Africa) and various other international banks. Garth also co-authored a leading thought leadership report on the state of eCommerce in Europe at the start of the dotcom craze with over 20 000 copies of the report distributed globally which received over 2 000 hits in leading media globally, including the New York Times and Financial Times. Garth was also head-hunted as a senior executive to Inthebag, the first online retailer in South Africa, funded by WoolTru (Woolworths, Truworths, Massmart).

Johan Visser DigiCo


Group Chief Financial Officer

Johan has a B. Accounting degree from the University of Stellenbosch, an honours degree in Accounting from the University of South Africa and has been a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1999. Johan has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate & strategic finance.

Johan joined ViaMedia during 2011 as CFO and is currently the CFO of the Digital Ecosystems Group.  He has overall responsibility for the leadership of the Group’s Finance, HR and Legal functions.

During 2008 to 2011 Johan was Financial Director at Clickatell, one of the world’s largest Messaging Gateways and a leading provider of Interactive Communication Platforms.

Prior to this Johan worked in London for 8 years in senior finance positions for some of the world’s leading companies, including Warner Music International and

Johan also has strong entrepreneurial & start-up exposure and has successfully co-founded a number of ventures.

Michael completed his BCom Accounting degree at Wits University in 2001. He qualified as a chartered accountant CA(SA) in 2004. Michael is a co-founder of Airvantage.

He has been involved in the telecommunications industry for more than 15 years and have previously sold 2 telecommunications businesses to JSE listed companies. Airvantage products and services are today available in over 10 countries across emerging markets

Mark completed his BCom at RAU (now University of Johannesburg) in 2002, specialising in finance.

Mark is the co-founder and executive director of Airvantage, a fintech provider of mobile financial and value-added services for mobile network operators. In 2009, he founded Icon South Africa in partnership with Icon UK. Under his leadership, the company was appointed by FIFA to design, produce and install the signage and branding for the FIFA Confederation Cup 2009 and the FIFA World Cup 2010.  He was previously the operations director of Wideopen Platform, the leader in large format outdoor advertising in South Africa which he sold to Primedia Limited in 2006.

Niel has more than 25 years experience in the IT and Telecommunications industry and has been running the Cellfind Group for close on 15 years. He started his career in the industry with Nashua Mobile, where he started the Product and Project teams and he was a key member of the team that created the Nashua Mobile Retail team. 

He was then approached by Blue Label Telecoms to head up Cellfind, a specialist Location Based Services company mainly providing services to Vodacom. Now almost 15 years later, he is still passionate about the Cellfind business and has morphed the business into one of South Africas largest messaging companies, providing services to most of South Africas Major Banks, Mobile Operators and Medical Schemes.

Yusuf completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Kwazulu-Natal and has worked across a broad range of sectors, including Finance, Shipping & Logistics, and Telecommunications. He has over 13 years’ experience in the Telecommunications sector and joined the start-up company, Panacea Mobile in 2014, from Vodacom.

Yusuf is currently the Messaging Director for the Cellfind Group and is primarily responsible for increasing margins (Messaging), and driving International growth with our Strategic International partners.

Jacques is the Managing Director for Cellfind. 

He has over 20 years’ experience in the ICT sector.  His career started in the Information Technology industry in 1991 where he was exposed to diverse sectors such as Government, Medical Aid, Banking and Telecommunications.

He oversees the day-to-day operational activities, driving profit and growth through the alignment and execution of group strategies.

Tyler Reed is a technically led CEO with 10+ years experience in the digital, mobile, and telecoms environments having worked with companies such as Vodacom, Multichoice, Media24, TraceTV, WeChat, SAB, among many others in an agency or consulting capacity. As part of the senior management at Hyve, Tyler has worked on the expansion and growth of Hyve both technically and operationally, taking Hyve from a hand full of people to a team of 40+, with 10+ deployments throughout Africa, handling billions of transactions only a monthly basis, and generating hundreds of millions of Rands in annual revenue.

Charl started his first business in his early twenties which was acquired by global media giant Naspers. He then went on to start another business with Bradley, called OnNet, which was a full service digital agency. Hundreds of millions in annual revenue, a team of 40 people across 4 countries and billions of transactions per month on their flagship Service Delivery Platform.

Charl was Young Entrepreneur of Africa runner up at age 24, and named in Mail&Guardian’s 200 Executives to watch at 26.

He has worked with myriad media agencies and corporate multinationals in developing and streamlining digital and mobile offerings.

Samantha graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) in Film & Media Studies from the University of Cape Town (Dean’s Merit List for academic performance & an Honorary member of the Golden Key Society for academic excellence).

In 2007 Samantha qualified as an Executive Consciousness Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and COMSA board.

She has worked in various industries such as Trade & Export (exhibiting at trade fairs in Germany, USA, UAE with exporting to USA and Europe), Retail (as marketing manager for boutique brand Jenni Button , clothing buyer for the Foschini Group), and Skills Facilitation & Leadership Coaching (running EQ, Personal Development, leadership and Business skills workshops at corporates such as Foschini, Shoprite, Eskom). In the last 10 years Samantha has been involved in the IT and telecommunication sector, developing, deploying and monetising mobile content, products and platforms in the mobile and telecoms space.

Her key strengths lie in business and commercial development and managing projects and teams towards launching and obtaining profitability.

Georgie is the CEO of M4Jam; a technology platform that embraces the “gig economy” by enabling people to earn by undertaking microtasks.  She is an entrepreneur and is highly passionate about disruptive technologies that have the potential to improve the quality of life for South Africans.
She has over 14 years of experience in strategic investment, business development and leadership at Standard Bank, MTN and Richmark Holdings.



Chief Financial Officer

A Chartered Accountant and member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). After completing articles he gained banking experience at Rand Merchant Bank, as well as 10 years telco experience, Dominic joined the DNI Group in 2014, handled various transactions, selling numerous businesses’ and ultimately added to the growth of M4Jam.



Since 2016 Andy has provided extensive senior management, financial discipline and experience to M4Jam. Prior to that Andy was the CEO of Wilderness Safaris from 2007 to 2013, and listed the business on the Botswana Stock Exchange as well as the JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange) in 2010. Andy is also the current Chairman of Inzalo (Thornybush Collection of Game Lodges) and worked as the lead director in the North Island project in the Seychelles.
